Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for atelier-m.studio is „АТЕЛИЕР М СТУДИО“, Bulgarian company registration number 208950608. For privacy enquiries, email milenadk7@gmail.com. Our Bulgarian contact email is mellyarhigan@gmail.com.
Browsing the website
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking. Fonts and images are served locally. Our servers process technical information such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser information and response status. This supports our legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Getting in touch
The website provides email and phone links rather than a submission form. When you contact us, we process the contact details, project information and correspondence you provide so that we can respond and discuss the services you need. This is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b), or our legitimate interest in responding to professional correspondence.
Please do not send identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Service providers and international correspondence
The website uses Contabo infrastructure and technical support from Perfect Comp Ltd. Our listed Gmail accounts are provided by Google. Milena works in Tokyo, so responding to your enquiry may involve access from Japan. See Google’s privacy policy and its information on international data transfers for details of its processing and safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. If you commission a project, contractual and legal retention requirements apply. Information may also be retained where needed to establish or defend legal claims. Technical logs are rotated according to storage limits. You can ask us about the retention period applicable to your correspondence.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email above; the usual response period is one month. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority. We do not make automated decisions with significant effects on visitors.
